Capturing a massive event like fireworks is a bit like putting Mt Everest onto a postcard. The scale can be tricky. When they're actually going off, you get caught up in the noise and the smoke and all else. For someone who wasn't there, we need to assist their experience of the effect. Your fine capture of the flower showers still comes across in a fairly 2D way. I would have tried to put some sort of context to the effect by including some surround area perhaps or some other non fireworks object to indicate scale. Otherwise, a lively result.
