Dragonflies are very difficult to capture. The author has done an excellent job as it is very sharp & without any blown out catchlights in the eyes.
(The good D.o.F, a strong complementary colour palette, plus diagonals & curves to create interesting composition.) However I feel this would be much
stronger image if the small black ant(?) was removed and a much tighter square crop so viewer is not distracted by the competing large leaf & its lovely textures.
