This is an interesting composition with lovely lines, textures & shapes enhanced by the angle of the light. Unfortunately
there is not enough tonal variation & both the darks/blacks & the highlights are clipped. Further the large blank black
building needs editing as it occupies a prime position in this image but offers nothing as it is. This has great potential.
