My first instinct is that this image would work best as a 3:1 panorama. The negative space in the sky and water does not add much, so cropping the
top and bottom of the frame would immediately increase the impact. Fine detail is being lost due to low light, noise, and blown highlights.
Bracketing exposures and blending them in post-processing would help manage the dynamic range, recover detail, and reduce
the effects of noise. The strong blue tones are also quite dominant, and a white balance adjustment would help correct them.
