The eye is naturally drawn to the lower part of the image, especially the father’s back and the strong contrast in the water.
The connection with the baby would be stronger if the eyes were more visible and looking at the camera. Trying different angles,
shooting wide open at f/1.2, or using a longer lens could add more depth and create a stronger portrait-style image.
