The lighthouse’s central placement weakens the composition, and the railings on the left do not add to the story. Cropping the left side would place the lighthouse on the left third,
creating a stronger and more balanced composition. Cropping some of the dark water from the bottom would also help improve balance. Increasing contrast and darkening the sky would add depth
and help separate the lighthouse more clearly from the background sky. A further boost in overall contrast could add impact, but keep an eye on the whites to avoid clipping and losing detail.
