Photographing small fast moving birds from afar is a challenge. Some of those challenges have been well addressed and some need further consideration: light halos around parts
of the subject and under the branch. Some detail is lost in the bird’s feathers. If you are working on the background reduce its brightness as it is quite strong and overwhelm the subject.
