The angle this bee has been taken at is not one of the most favourable. With the harsh lighting and reflective flowers it has
resulted in a rather busy image and the impact of the macro gets lost when the details are not easily identifiable.
Images of bees are typically stronger if they are side on or directly front on with both eyes visible.
Potentially waiting for the bee to move slighting and taking a number of images to get the ‘one’ is usually needed!
