I struggled to identify the centre of interest in this photograph. I am uncertain of whether the image is about the foreground person or the ship in
the background with the ferry passing in front of it. If the subject is the foreground person, then a much tighter crop could be used to emphasise this.
If the subject is either the ship or the ferry, then moving forward to eliminate the railing would give a better shot with less distractions.
