Outdoor sports photography can create difficult lighting situations for the photographer to manage and that is the case here. The bright sun from the right is creating blown
out highlights on the faces and deep shadows on the backs and on the very light grass. It is also not a situation where you can come back at a later time to take a photograph in better
light and so you have to deal with the situation. In this image the man with the stone is the key and more attention needs to be paid to the exposure on his face and the position
from where the photograph was taken. I would also think about removing as much of the background above the crowd as I possibly could as I don't think it contributes to the story.
