An interesting image of a breaking wave taken with a slow shutter speed to emphasise the movement of the water, while a spray coming from the top of the wave is ripped away by
an offshore wind. The image is nicely exposed with a great tonal range from lights to darks, good contrast in the water, and just the right shutter speed to emphasise the movement without
losing too much detail. The area of most interest in the wave is probably just right of centre where the light patch of water against the dark background leads us into the breaking section
of foam. I think the bright section of water on the left competes strongly with this and would consider cropping off the bright left section so we are more focused on the foam of the breaking wave.
