The author has given us a very nice lead in from the sails of the opera house to the two arches of the bridge with the connections beautifully positioned.
The bridge is lit up for some event, maybe Vivid, with the reflected light colouring the water and a light show from the top of the arch nicely
filling what would have been negative space. Unfortunately the image is very soft, probably due to a slow shutter speed giving motion blur.
