Bees are sharp and so is the Banksia. But the background is too busy and the image appears to be more about the flower than the insects.
Good tonal range. Suggest a severe crop to make the image more about the insects. Crop down the middle of the Banksia,
take off its top and bottom 1/3 and as much as possible on the RHS but leaving the bee on the edge..
