This is a nice image of the pelican. While I can see it is quite a bright day you have done reasonably well to handle that.
There is a slight hot spot on the back of the pelicans back but otherwise there is nice feather detail. I like
the composition with the reflection and the image is nicely balanced with a good amount of space in front of the bird.
