This subject definition has a lot of character and you have great eye contact with them. I think there is more potential in this image which could
be managed with processing. The emphasis on the darker areas around the mouth and eyes seem to be very unnatural when you compare it to the marks and lines
on the forehead. There also appears to be purple toning throughout areas of the hair which can sometimes happen if dodging and burning
is done on the image layer. Ensuring the image is then a monochrome at the very end would be a good final step you if choose to edit this way.
