Lovely eye contact with your subject. Potentially shot through glass? These guys can be a bit tricky to process with their reflective hair. This image is a
looking a little bit flat though and needs a levels adjustment. Before doing that I would bring the highlights down, shadows up and then shift the contrast.
This will bring out more detail, balance the highlights and allow you to move the contrast without blowing it out. The black point definitely needs to come up.
