Not sure I see the similarity to Arthur Streeton. However I commend the use of intentional camera movement. But i do feel it would be stronger if you had kept the camera completely vertical, rather than having everything falling to the left.The buildings in the far background do nt have any movement, making me wonder if this is a composite. Nothing wrong with a composite in an open comp. Just wondering.
