The slower shutter spped has given a nice effect to the sea. However I feel the huge splash on the rocks has been lost at this speed. I feel it would be more dramatic to see the wave plash more clearly. Also you have just missed the sunrise. About 20 minutes earlier before the sun is above the horizon would produce a more dramatic image.
