There is good technique on show in this image. The cart and driver are sharp, the tyres are blurred and there is detail
in the wheel hubs. I would have appreciated the image more if the cart wasn't so close. I think a wider image that showed
more of the race track, where the cart was headed, some space in front of the cart etc. would be better. Maybe a panoramic crop.
