This is a pretty good sports/action shot – the f7.1 aperture has separated the player from the
background quite nicely. My only gripe is that it is not 100% sharp. If shooting at 300mm you need
a minimum of 1/300s – but if it is fast action like this, the shutter speed needs to be at least double
that (ie.1/600s – preferably 1/1000s). You (nearly) always need to use a faster shutter speed than you think!
