This is a very busy image but I do like all the water movement and the colours in the image. You have done well to try and isolate a
portion of the water wheel to maintain a pleasing composition. I can see the highlights have been reduced to try and deal with
some blown out areas and I would potentially let some of those back in slightly..... the sky is looking a little dull as a result.
