This is definitely a collection of wheels. Technically you have done well capturing it and they are interesting subjects.
I feel you could have created a stronger 'still life' type image with some blocks under your fabric to place the wheels at
different levels so we could see the ones towards the back. Setting up these sort of shots take lots of patience and
practice and I would take many photos with many set ups to see if I could find another composition that works.
