A pleasant image with plenty of interest. Ignoring the overexposed reflections of the lights (hard to avoid),
I like the perspective and the use of the foreground tree to hide some of the lights and provide depth to the image. As a suggestion, try a 16 x 9 crop to:
a. fill the screen for the viewer, b. take away the fence at the bottom right hand corner, and c. remove some of the tree at the top of the image.
