The strength of the image is capturing the long exposure blur of the passing light rail, and those lovely stars from the street lights.
The next step is to put them into a stronger composition. The leading lines of the motion blur, and the street kerb leads our eye into a
reasonably ordinary portion of the image. The star lights create an interesting quality of light on the palm trees. Would another angle of view help ?
