The subject appears to be a painted iron girder which provides the viewer with interesting colour and texture.
The foreground is in focus, then focus drops off as your eye is drawn into the image. A more judicious crop at the base,
to remove the light area on the left and a little more off the top would make the subject more dominant in the frame.
