A good image, but could be improved with a less harsh flash. If using a flash you could increase your DOF so as to have the bottom of the leaf eater and the top left leaf in focus.
The colours are lovely and the black background really shows off your subject. But the harshness of the flash is showing on the green leaf. Try using a diffuser, it will really improve this type of image.
