You have done well to control the lighting so well here.
While the bird is mostly not illuminated directly, we can easily see the brilliant colours of its feathers,
as well as the patches of red of the flowers. The background is also well controlled.
Overall the framing of the bird by the branches and clumps of flowers, none of which obscure it, suggest much patience was needed.
