The panning technique has captured the motion of the car's wheels and blurred the background nicely.
I would class this as a practice image - the subject isn't interesting enough.
Keep doing this but choice better backgrounds or a more dynamic car. I see potential in the lines on the road.
Where can you isolate these to add an extra dimension to the image?
