You hear of double parking but this is a bit over the top.
This certainly demonstrates a sense of rejection of these vehicles.
The image has been well constructed with the major elements in just the right position to
convey the story while presenting a well balanced composition. There is just enough of the surroundings to show the situation.
The number plate being left on one of the vehicles also shows peoples contempt for regulations relating to their return.
