Different point of view. The author is look down on the subject.
It is a nice scene, the café look like it is build on a rock wall. This makes it quite interesting.
I feel that again the time of day is not the perfect time. The image lags on contrast, it looks a bit flat.
I like the interaction of the different couples at the tables.
