I like the angle the person is half shown in the image.
No doubt the main subject is the cute dog. The red bag with the aborigine pattern is an added bonus.
The background is subdued enough not to interfere. If I would change anything, maybe darken down the yellow railing a bit or desaturate it.
I love the expression in the dogs face, we can't see his eye, but here I think it adds because he just looks relaxed.
