A nice photo of this flower, but for a nature competition there are a few problems.
This is a common species and comes in a variety of colours. A brilliant red would have
worked better. For nature purposes a deeper depth of field would be better. From a composition
point of view it would look better right of centre and a little higher in the photo with that
branch leading in from the bottom left hand corner.
