The surf spray in this image is different to a similar image where the surfer is obscured by the water droplets.
I feel that in this image it is enhanced by the spray and it frames the actions of wiping out well. I also like the way
the hands are spread out to break the fall to no avail. You know this was a happy ride right up to the end..
