A good attempt at the Dandelion seed head but more control of depth of field is needed.

While it is appreciated that you have used a large aperture to gain extra shutter speed

you need both the seeds and the dominant white seed head in sharp focus.

The best way to achieve this is the use of a small aperture and Flash to provide the speed of exposure.
