I like the way you have attempted to take this photograph making the clock a major feature. The colours are vivid and quite striking.

In making the clock a major feature means that it should be very sharp. For me it is not sharp enough. If you take this photograph again

try putting the camera on a tripod and exposing at somewhere between f16 and f22. That will enable the clock to be sharp in the frame.
