A great botanical shot that would hold its own in a publication of plant specimens. You have handled the light and dark well and although the lights appear a little blown out they are not. Perhaps increasing the reds and greens in the flower would give more strength to this image, and play down the light areas. Not an easy capture but well handled. There can be no mistaking the distinctive attributes of this specimen and I'm sure when I come across this plant growing your image has given me the information I need to readily be able to recognise it.
