Cease Fire (Twelve-spotted Skimmers)

Two male Twelve-spotted Skimmers take a break from constantly fighting each other to perch together. This lasted for half a minute and then it was back to war for these two.

This is such a vividly coloured image with the purple loosestrife, the green vegetation and the dash of blue of the skimmers. Very nicely seen! V
