Tree Swallow Nest II

The last time I visited my Tree Swallow box, on June 13, there were six eggs in the nest. Today this is what I saw. I checked the other boxes and found a House Wren nest in one. The rest of the boxes were empty. Recently fledged chickadees were also in the area. At home, the chickadees ended up abandoning the nest box in my backyard. They didn't make it to the egg laying stage and didn't even finish their nest before abandoning. Curiously, the chickadees continue to inspect the box very regularly.
