Lately I've been spending a lot of time on my walks looking up at the trees and trying to find photos among them. On one recent walk I brought my super wide-angle lens with me to photograph some distinguished trees in their entirety. Since I posted no super wide-angle photos of trees recently one can imagine how they turned out! Here is one of my better results. Here I zoomed in on greenish colored trembling aspen trunks set against a coniferous background and lit by a diffused late afternoon sun. I find that of all the photos I've taken of trees so far the ones I like the most are those like this where I zoom in and capture a smaller part of a larger scene.
