I'm trying to find out who stole my photo and gave it out to be passed around.
So far everyone has been very helpful :-)
Turns out the guy that owns that orange and black balloon, stole my photo and cloned in his balloon next to the one I took a photo of. It was he who handed it over to the Pocono Mountain Travel Bureau. Since they didn't know I was the photographer and not him, and he had no right to my photo, they sent it on to many of the newspapers in the Mid-Atlantic region 2 of them being local to Bucks County.

Congratulations! (I think), or are you saying that your photo was taken and you weren't credited at all? I hope not. Did they ask permission to use?
