Wish I was able to get closer on this one and a bit more in focus but maybe next time :)
I was just so excited to see a deer so close to me and its reflection in the Autumn color water

Thanks Pauline and Sue :) I didnt notice until I offloaded the picture that it looked like the deer could have been hurt. Not sure if it was from a hunter or it was cut by thick branches running through the woods. It was swimming straight at me when it finally realized I was there and gave me the OH NO stare and turned around and ran :)

What a great action shot and the water reflections too. Was the deer hurt? (a little red on its back?)
