Hello Hochi, yes those are stars. We light painted the old spanish light house on corregidor island. One of our camera club members went inside the light house and used a flash light to light paint the inside while another camera club member used another flash light to light paint the light house itself. The red light you see on the foreground was done by another flash light with red gel on top of it. Total time is 37 seconds.
