Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur are northern provinces of the Philippines. It is famous for tobacco leaves, old churches built by the Spaniards, old houses before the war and antique business. The people are very hard working and friendly. The long coastal line gives tourists a good chance for surfing and relaxation by the beach.
