The Christmas cactus decided that a few weeks late was better than nothing. Must be an orthodox cactus.

I have one that bloomed at Christmas, and the other is just about to bloom. I'm not sure why that happens. Great shot and colors here. V

Beautiful and delicate shades of pink are not what one normally associates with cactii, so this is a nice capture of something a little out of the ordinary. Even if the plant can't read the calendar properly.
