George the Cider-Maker

Sunday 23rd October 2005 - Day 309

At the local farmers market, there is an apple drink stall - including Cider. Now, why has this an attraction to me, you ask! Anyway, today the farm had an open day, so I attended.... just in case of course :)

George has always struck me as a man full of character, and as he talked us through the juice making process he was sooo expressive. His face called out for the mono treatment.

Cider rules! LOL!! I have trid a few different kinds from England, they sell a few here, I really like it, have you tried Pear cider?!

Excellent portrait! It conveys the character I would imagine this man to have. Are you familiar with Zorba? To me, this man looks like a modern day Zorba...Well done!
