Saturday 2nd July - Day 196
Mainly dry must be translated as often drizzly.... ah well.
I've commented on some other photos that I do have a lot of problems properly enjoying the scent of flowers... I dont know why, a rose normally smells like, well, a wet plant - there is no other way I can describe it. Same with many other flowers, I really cannot appreciate the difference in their subtle scents. However, Lavender is one that finds the spot.
I was cruising the lavender bank in the garden, hoping to get something purpley to use as the PaD, when I noticed this little thing, which proved very cooperative. It reminds me I'd better work on my macro technique, but I quite like it :)
