Going with the Flow SP

Friday 27th May - Day 160

Decided to get out and about this afternoon, so a wander up the river valley and down some country lanes, in some near summer (at last) temperatures. I thought I would mix up my SP a bit, and use some flowing water as well :)

On a separate note, the "Run to the Sun" is in full flow. The A30 has been teeming with VW camper vans and Beetles since early today, all heading down to Newquay. None have gone up in smoke - yet. There is always time!

Great idea for SP. A good shot for a travel brochure.

I like the ruch of water here contrasted with the stillness of the rocks and you ...
very meditative felling about this image, Lee.

Fabulous self portrait... the stillness and clarity of your being adds an interesting contrast to the motion of the water passing by. Shutter speed on the water is perfect in capturing the motion. I like the DOF. (GMV)

This looks like a lovely place to meditate for a spell! I like the stillness of you and the rocks balanced against the moving waters....very nice!

Nice SP and it looks like a magical spot to sit and think.

Very cool shot!

Wonderful SP...and you sat very very still for 2 seconds! I agree, very meditative shot.

Pretty shot, nice long exposure and good job sitting perfectly still for 2 seconds!

The tone is great!

Great SP! The colours and textures of the rocks, and the sweep of the water is just beautiful! :)

What a beautiful scene, Lee. You caught the textues and wetness of the rocks and the wonderful flow of the stream so well. Definitely vote-worthy.

This is very good--you're a little too close to the edge for comfort.

this is superb !

Excellent idea for a sp with the water motion in the background.

I like this Lee as it gives the feel of height that may or may not be the case. The water movement is excellent too. Considering the time it takes to reach warmer temperatures I now see why so many have migrated & all say they would never go back :>)

Both Pads are great, but I like the one you choose to display. Very nice focus point with the rushing water bfore you, the steepness of that hill upon which you rest and the colors make a great SP. I even think I can see how the wind plays with your hair. Great job Lee. VOting.
