Desk plant

Saturday 22nd January 2005 - Day 35

I'm not sure whether this is a comment on my treatment of house plants, but...

I received this as a christmas present. I think it is hilarious. There is a solar sensor on it, and in the light the leaves start nodding frantically! So much so, that it starts making noises as the leaves knock on the side of the pot!

Sadly, little hope of sunshine today, the rain is banging against the window as I type this. A little dekstop lamp works wonders though.

Read-curtain flash used to freeze some parts of the leaf movement.

PS - Increased saturation of green and cyan (the pot), sharpen, crop and frame

LOL, a fun gift. Nice composition and sense of motion. The green is very cheery.

You did a fine job here with the finish. I think I need a plant like that; one that never dies, since I seem to like to kill them.
