This building is presently being renovated by the City to house the Pauls Valley Arts Council gallery and arts programs as well as the Pauls Valley Mainstreet Program. The back of the structure housed the PV Fire Department. Those garages are being renovated at this time. In earlier years the Fire Department area was also the location of the PV Police Department and City jail.

2007 is the Sesquicentennial Year of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma
