This is a shot showing Newspaper Rock located near Hwy 211, just outside Canyonland NP. The
Petroglyphs are etched onto the sandstone and records up to 2,000 years of human visitations to this
place. Etched into the desert varnish are symbols' representing the Fremont, Anasazi, Navajo and even
Anglo cultures.
